Excellent Ski Holiday Experience
secure ski room mountain view heated locker u n s u p e r v i s e d k i d s
The steam room was a treat after skiing, and the jacuzzi offered mountain views. the ski room was warm and secure, great. i liked the heated ski locker. No lugging equipment to my room.
the spa had too many unsupervised kids. the parents were absent and the hotel staff didn't address it. it was hard to relax in the spa area.

The staff helped a lot on checkout day. they assisted with luggage and provided fresh towels. everyone was very forthcoming and helpful, and it. I appreciated it a lot.

The spa area had issues. I noticed children running unsupervised, their parents absent. staff did not enforce the rules. also, our room door did not close properly. it needed a shimmy to latch. this felt unsafe.
